I could’ve sworn I’ve written about The Breakfast Club before, but I can’t actually find the post. Maybe I never did? That’s a damn shame right there. This movie is so good it gives me feelings of nostalgia for times I haven’t personally lived. It’s just such a comfy view, every single time.
I’m glad it got to be one of the movies to go down in history among the best of the 80s. There’s not enough film knowledge in me to judge whether it was a big influence, but I can certainly tell it’s a classic. There really aren’t many other teen movies from that era that have stood the test of time as well.
I won’t forget about it.
