Fang Talks

Nothing like a day of almost getting things done.

Luckily, I did end up getting things done today, but it wasn’t easy. Between my slow starts, interesting discussions, difficult problems and eagerness to help out, I found myself jumping from one thing to the next a little too often today. Still, it’s good to have such days every once in a while (and preferably not right before a big deadline) to realize the importance of flow.

Not to mention, it’s also secretly a little bit fun, mentally running around the place, trying to do a thousand things at once. That’s what it feels like, at least. And maybe that means it’s good brain exercise, too. You know, push your limits every now and then. Can’t imagine working like this every day though, oh no.

Wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy.

Once in a while, it’s not bad. What I find is that if I have too many days like that, I can’t get fully into any one task.
