I'll make a miracle, I'll make a miracle for you!

And a great one at that!

New Year’s Eve is always a little special. It is the one night of the year where it’s basically a given that you’re going to be staying up until an even more ungodly hour than you normally do. Proper celebration doesn’t really start until midnight, and “we need to kick the year off well” is all the excuse a mind high on Future needs to stay up more.

I’d say we succeeded in that. My body may not be thankful, but my mind is glad about all that transpired. As is fitting for the current year on the Chinese calendar, I got to hang with a cool dog for most of the night. A small taste of what’s to come, perhaps? Majestic creature she was, that’s for sure.

Despite sleeping in I’m still spent, so let’s make it the shortest night of the year tonight instead.
