That's cool and all, but how many planets does your software run on?

Out there

When this post goes live, I’ll be hiking back from my first overnighter!

I’d joke that means I did what I came for and can go home now, but hopefully it has me hungry for more! And I can’t imagine it doesn’t. Even if it turns out to be a sub-optimal experience, there’s no doubt I’ll learn a lot about my setup — what worked, what didn’t, missing and redundant pieces — from doing this, and that’ll help me make sure next time’s even better.

I’ll for sure write about my experience when I get back. To be honest though, I don’t expect to be able to report too many exciting things. Hiking up there and chilling around camp is something you have to experience, not read about. That said, I should probably take some pictures to try and convey some of that, even if it’s just a little.

If another post doesn’t go live in approximately 24 hours, might want to send a search and rescue to the Marin Headlands.

Hopefully you had a lot of fun and enjoyed your first all-nighter and, of course, came back alive. You should have taken lots of pictures, if only for your own posterity.
