Keeping all your tools for work close at hand is so important for productivity. It’s all about spending as much time as possible working towards your goal, rather than helping yourself work towards your goal. And if you have to help yourself in the middle of work, you also break flow. And nothing worse for morale and momentum than breaking flow.
