Fang Talks

Steady decline.

And so am I.

Despite the December month reaching record warmths over here in the Netherlands, winter is starting to really kick in. Temperatures are dropping fast, to the point where, unlike three days ago, I can’t bike around with bare hands anymore. It’s just too cold for that. The bad weather certainly doesn’t help, and I think my immune system may be taking a hit.

It started yesterday evening, felt like I had something in my throat. Now it’s just sore, my nose is leaking and that eerie feeling of unavoidable coldness resides in my body. You know it, the kind that tells you “hey mate you’re getting sick”, even though that isn’t necessarily the case yet. A good sign you should be careful though.

Let’s hope I can keep going as normal.

I was going to ask whether your days got really, really short, but then I looked at a map. I had always believed the Netherlands was farther north than it is.

Less than a week of following your blog and I’m already learning things.

    Stay warm and healthy!

Good luck staying alive and healthy. I’ve just somehow managed to adapt to operate at about 70% capacity. I wonder what I’ll be like when I just wake up happy and completely healthy one day.
