I had a shit ton of fried food tonight. Feels bad man.
You know what I’m talking about. Those foods you know are absolutely terrible for you, yet you eat ’em anyway. I generally try to avoid them, but when I’m someplace and that happens to be what they’re serving, then of course I choose not to go to bed hungry. And having a little bit of it is fine, but if I chow down on an entire meal consisting of hella fatty foods and other abominations, my body won’t be too happy.
It just starts aching, but it’s hard to pinpoint exactly where. In your stomach, maybe someplace next to it. That’s no worst-case scenario though. I went jogging once after having dined fried food at the train terminal once. It was very hard, I got exhausted super easily, and after a while my spine and neck just started hurting so fucking bad. One of the few times I’ve actually given up before the end due to literally not being able to go any further without doing serious damage. At least that’s what it felt like.
I’m no biologist, I don’t know how bad shit gets metabolized, but I do have bad experiences with it. So I try to eat healthy when I can.
