Fucking wow.

I wouldn’t call it a very stressful morning, but pleasant’s different.

Started my morning off as I usually do, by opening my window’s curtains. Turned around, and in the corner of my eye I noticed something was off… Something wasn’t there. The realization took shape and I was instantly awake, my bag was missing. It had my wallet in it and everything. Luckily it didn’t take more than a second or two for me to recall not taking it home with me from Saturday’s night with friends. But shit, he was still asleep and I didn’t have the time to bike to his place before work anyway.

Luckily I’m not the only one in this house, so there was a public transport card I could use, along with some money just in case I needed it. Such an inconvenience though, because my own card has a student product on it, allowing me to travel for free on weekdays. Oh and did I mention not being able to identify yourself when needed is illegal? Yeah, my ID was in my wallet in my bag, too.

Nonetheless, I made it through the day without any major hiccups. This’ll teach me to forget my things though.

Sounds like a rough start. At least you weren’t ID’d. I’ve heard stories of that kind of thing going pretty badly.
