With my blog posts, that is.
If you thought I was getting increasingly late in real life as well, then you got that wrong. I’ve got my stuff sorted when it comes to that. Hell, I even underslept by an hour this morning. By accident, sure, but I got up with plenty of time to spare, so yeah, that sort of counts.
Point in case, my posts are getting posted later and later, sometimes even so late that the clock rolls over to 12 AM by the time the automatic tweet gets posted on my Twitter. It usually has a 15-minute lag, which fluctuates from time to time, but still.
My posts haven’t been feeling the same lately. Probably because I write them in such great haste, and generally can’t be bothered to write anything else than me ranting on my shitty posts. Bluh.
But I have a semi-solution, which’ll also help me practice for a huge project I have rolling on in the background. I want you guys to pitch some scenes my way. Any old scene will do, be it a romantic one, an action-packed moment, or just that awkward silence during a conversation with someone you don’t know all that well. Think of a setting for a scene, and put it in the comments. I’ll take a post (or two… or more?) to write a little story, which starts with your scene. I can’t promise good thing’ll come out of it, but hey, that’s what practice is for.
All I ask of you, the few readers I have left, is the seed for a story and some comments and critique once I’ve written it, mkay?
Interactivity! (Sort of.)
