Fang Talks

silent but deadly

Very sorry for those who came here expecting ways to get more views on your site or video or whatever, but I’m talking about mental, metaphorical views.

As we all know, different people have different views on the world, politics, religion, et cetera. Sometimes we can just get along despite our differences, but a lot of the time we end up clashing with each other and breaking into a fight. But is this really necessary? Do we really have to settle which view on things is the best? There may usually not be a “best” view or opinion, and oftentimes both views are identical in lots of different aspects, we just fail to notice them due to our differences.

For example, religion. (I believe I’ve said the following before, though I’m not too sure.).
Religions and other belief systems are constantly feuding with each other over whose religion is the best and truest. Also science barges in and blatantly claims to have disproven them all. Everyone mad, everyone fighting.
If they’d just stop battling with each other for a few seconds, and objectively look at all of the religions, they’d see they all have a common red line that’s more or less the same. Perhaps if they were to combine their knowledge, they’d find the truth?

Alas, they’re separated, and thus feel like they can’t live with each other. This really isn’t true, yet they think it is. That’s their view on how things work.
…hey, yet another shared way of looking at things! Gosh, people have so much in common sometimes.

If you ever get into a heavy discussion, don’t let your pride get the best of you. Look how right both of you are, instead of just you.

I read a crappy meme face comic about this once. Actually, the moral was that things can work out.

Well we’ve been talking about this so you know most of my views on it. I will agree though that you shouldn’t let your pride stop you from thinking “Hey, maybe they’re right” or at least “Well they make good points too, maybe we’re both right.”

I respect all views/opinions/religions and want people to do the same with mine. I get pissed off with stubborn and narrow-minded people who can’t see past their own views/opinions/religion
