You may have seen that weird post showing up in your blogfeed. It came from my blog, mentioning some weird shit.
This is what it was mentioning:
Herrp derrp example pageOh wowzers it's actually showing HTML properly!
For reasons which I can’t really explain I still have to escape the < parts of tags, but it's showing pretty nicely nonetheless. Cool, eh? Now onto the more serious news. My guitar arrived this morning. I'm going to return it soon. Got it, all excited and shit. Got all the wrappings off, took a look at it, "this thing is fucking amazing". Tuned it (was horribly out of tune, obviously), hooked it up to the amp, hit the strings... not a sound to be heard from the amp. Okay cool. So we tested the wire, the amp, et cetera. Nothing. Eventually found the problem/solution: to get sound, pull the cable out of the guitar by a few millimeters, and pray to God. It rarely gives sound, and when it does, the radio can be heard too. Conclusion: something wrong with the grounding. Upon closer inspection, the white front-plate had quite a bit of scratches on it (but those would've gotten there someday anyway), and part of the paintjob/coating was missing near the neck. Called the shop, asked what do, yeah I best send it in and get a new one. Okay cool, more days of waiting. But from what I experienced, it played pretty well, and it looked soooo daaaamn sweeeet. Videos definitely incoming as soon as I get a new one. But yeah, pretty disappointed. Huge letdown. Welp, at least now I can study properly. ~ Fang
