Have you heard of Boku No Cactus?

Good evening guys. Happy Christmas Eve to all of you!

But let’s take an outsider look here, shall we. What is really the point of celebrating Christmas if you’re an atheist? I mean no disrespect, trust me, but really, what is it?

People spend Christmas with family, friends, and try to have a good time, put forth a “little extra” because it’s Christmas. But can’t we do that all year round? Can’t we have great times with family and friends all year round, instead of just on special occasions?
I find it mind boggling how people only celebrate Christmas because everyone else does, because of the huge commercial background it has.

Take my advice: Have a great time today, tomorrow, the day after that, and the every other day to come. Keep putting in that little bit extra day in day out, ensure everyone’s always having as much fun as they can, and keep everyone you love close to you.

Happy holidays, folks.

for me, the 24th is Yukiho’s birthday and the 25th is Arcueid’s birthday, so Christmas or not, it’s definitely time to celebrate.

imo just celebrate the fact that you get time off, and the solstice!

if you’re up to buying the ingredients, cooking the food, wrapping the presents, sending out invitations, cleaning up your home for guests, and hosting a grand gathering on a day other than xmas, than that’s no problem with me. :D

Though I’ll tell you the same thing I told someone else about Thanksgiving. Yes, we should do the things the holiday is about more often, and not just one day a year, but there are some people who would never do it without the holiday. If there was no Thanksgiving then no one would ever really stop and think and be thankful for things, if there was no Christmas, people probably wouldn’t be there for eachother as often as they should, and spend time together as a family and friends. It’s better to do it one day a year, than never.
