Yes, it really is.

People are actually wanting to pay me to mod their Wii for them. And I’m not even THAT tech savvie! Guess I’m just being a totally awesome bad-ass again.

Also, possible drive for Wii games: 500GB, USB 3.0 compatible, most likely no external power source needed: 75 Euros. How does that sound? I’m not very good at rating prices and stuff, so I figured some of you might know more about this.

As a thank-you of sorts, I’ll be writing my own comprehensive guide to Wii softmodding soon Do look forward to it!

you won’t need that much space, even though most games are 4gb+ downloads, they transfer to the WBFS drive much smaller on average.

also, I wish people would pay me to softmod for them. it really is so easy a caveman could do it.

Nice work! I’m completely techno-illiterate but I was lucky enough to have a friend mod my Wii for free.

That is an incredible price. Just make sure it’s compatible with a Wii. Oh, and don’t give out for free what you could charge for.

Well, that is if you want money, if you want to advance the human race then please by all means do.

be careful as that might void the warranty.

Is there a certain version of Wii that is compatible with modding or are all Wii hackable?

  • 15/11/2011 (10:21 PM)

If they’re paying you that much it’s awesome, I paid over 50€ years ago I think.
