Fang Talks

Snappity snoopity!

For real, this time.

Before I get into that, some good news. Remember that physics test I totally ballz’d up? Well, I got a 6.9 (1 being lowest and 10 being highest) on it! Huzzah! I had totally not seen that one coming. Highest I had expected was a 5.8 or something, so imagine the look on my face when I got my test back and it said “6.9” in the top right corner. Had done less wrong than I had initially thought. Lucky!
I’ll only be redoing my Dutch literature test on Monday (and I’ll have to see when I get to do the German oral exam), so school’s pretty much almost over for me. Yay!

So I figured, now that everything is out of the way for a while, I might as well spend my time useful (as in, not hanging around the internet or gaming device of choice all day). So I said, and so I did. I started learning PHP!

“But Fang, I thought you were working on something else?”
If that’s the question on your mind right now, you don’t know me. I have the tendency to hop, skip and jump from project to project, not always finishing said project. But blegh, whatever, I’m learning a new language which I can use in my not-yet-finished and soon-to-start projects, so to hell with finishing old projects.

I have put up a PHP sandbox page for me to test things out and show them off. Check it out, but beware of terrible humor!

A bit more about PHP tomorrow, I guess. That is, if I don’t forget to blog before I go out partying all night.

I Worked with php almost a year, it wasn’t pretty but most of the free stuff on internet is made with that language, also most of the cheap hostings run on php servers. I’m sure it will help you in the future. Btw Fang the new GS version has HTML5 support now. Now you can share your game with everyone
