Fang Talks

Jimmy John, el Condorito

Oh God it’s debating time again.

The title of this post pretty much sums up the whole point: traditional art forms, or digital art forms?

What is concidered art? Something created from an artistic mind? So thoughts are art, too?
A form of expressing yourself, your feelings, your thoughts?

Digital art easier than traditional art? No way! Have you seen all the freaking options in Photoshop? And the options those options have? That’s far from easy, to combine correctly, I tell you.

Digital art is, however, very prone to being copied, editted, freely distributed, whatever. But this can also be a pro, because it most likely gets word out about the artist.

But yeah, art will always be art in my opinion. Digital or traditional. But those two combined is art at its finest.

digial art makes traditional art more valuable since there’s much people doing the transition and now the traditional artist are being reduced. Well, that’s just a personal tought.

Ever seen conceptual art? It pushes more boundaries than digital art and yet that shit is everywhere in museums, so digital art is really not that much different from traditional art.

i think both forms or art are really awesome and produce beautiful results. but traditional art will always be a notch higher in my opinion. i don’t really know the exact reason why, though.

it’s not about what you use to create something that matters, it’s what you create
