Fang Talks

Five years?!

Gah, finally done!

Ended this test week with biology. Went pretty okay. Some hard questions, but also some fairly easy ones. Was almost out of time when I finished it, but it went well enough. Hoping for a nice grade.

Also, the first two notes have been uploaded to my online spreadsheat of grades I’ve achieved at my current school. (No, it’s not a cool thing to have. It runs on Silverlight, and is slow as fuck.) Got a 6.5 for Dutch literature history, and a 8.1 for an English listening test. Pretty nice, especially the English listening test. Expected no less, though. *sexily swings hair*

So, now that school matters have been settled for a while, I intend to do nothing, or at least, not much. No, I won’t be loafing around, but I won’t be doing anything today, at least.

I recently got my hands on the Sonic Heroes soundtrack, and it made me go all nostalgia and wanting to play the game again. So guess what I’ll be doing for the rest of the day? Play Sonic Heroes.
I could only beet the game for the biggest part with team Rose, which has levels for the younger players. Couldn’t completely finish it with Team Sonic, and don’t even mention Team Shadow (or what’s it called?) and the other Team, with the crocodile and the bee.
I’m going to start on medium difficulty (Team Sonic) though. Think I have developed enough skill by now to do a pretty decent playthrough on that difficulty.

Also, from looking around a bit, I found out the game got a lot of hate, seeing as how it’s only a sort of spin-off kind of sequel to Sonic Adventure. I’ve never really played any other Sonic games as actively as I have been doing with this one, but I had a blast of a time with it. Okay, I was waaay younger than I am now, so I can probably give a better opinion on the game after the coming playthrough, but from what I can remember, it’s a pretty good game.

Amazing soundtracks, too. Nice guitar play and stuff, upbeat music to keep you going. Might just look into the soundtracks of the other games, too. Especially Colors, since I’ve heard a few of its soundtracks, and it sounds pretty nice.

Welp, I’ll be gaming. See you next time!

UPDATE:
Blah, the games background music won’t play most of the time, and runs really laggy sometimes, too. It’s just not enjoyable this way. Ahwell, had fun playing through the first two levels, so yeah, time well spent. Sort of.

That last team is called The Chaotix. They’re from the Sonic Comic book, and one of them isn’t in this game (Mighty the Armadillo.)
Anyways, I’m one of those Sonic fans that liked the genesis games and everything after Sonic Adventure was just downhill. But hey, whatever floats your boat (:

I love these cheesy American intros to games and series. The awful singing, the terrible lyrics..ah nostalgia.
